I have a question for the group : The 1989 Mustang that I found in poor shape has a second buck tag showing DSO Texas with the paint information on it. Checking the Vin# on the SSP Vin listing this car is not listed as a Texas DPS car. 1FABP40E7KF193390. Car Fax shows first owner in Austin, TX.
What do I have ?.
