Yes, We are truly the United STATE of Texas. We have our own military too. Texas Air National Guard!
Still the only state that the troopers have authorization to shoot another car off the raod too. At least when I was riding out with DPS in 1994 they were still the only state to be able to use Deadly force to get a car off the road.
