That is what I have heard....lots of $$$ down there as it is predominantly a retirment community. That confirms the municipality has disposable income, e.g. switching the SSP's stock rear end gears to 3.55's as one example.
There were probably many high speed pursuits for the "Geritol" thefts at the local Walgreens Pharmacy.
