Wow, first '92 Camaro I've seen with the older style font decals used back there. I'm not sure those taller, "straight leg R" decals were reflective. Compare them to the later style shorter, fatter and "curved leg R" sets and also with the placement of them on these other units-the two words are farther apart:

I wonder if there was a decal replacement done in the field for this unit at some point in it's career. I've seen it happen where long obsolete decals were put on newer units as replacements by field techs who had them lying on the shelf. Example from 2009, older ones are on the closest CV:
