Yes I did buy the one on eBay. That wing was first to go. The guy said the wheels were in storage when he bought the car and he got them then. They are in great shape. I'd call the HP there and see if you can get hooked up with someone who can give you some more info on the radio system. They are supposed to now be on a 800 MHz Type II Smartzone, similiar to what FHP used to run. I highly doubt that your '86 ran that radio, as it was probably an older UHF (or VHF) radio system. The radio head pictured above can be used with both VHF or UHF systems (like the Syntor X or X9000s), which could have been the old system, or on the newer 800 MHz systems.
As for the lights and siren....you should be good to go. No idea on a light controller, though.
