Vin is 1FACP40E8PF198416, color code is WB, DSO 21 0802. Can't see the entire second buck tag, but it appears to read DSO POLICE. Without a carfax or better yet, a title search, I don't think you can tell for sure whether the City of Salisbury piggy-backed a car onto the state's order or if originally was an unmarked NC Highway Patrol Car.
