Per
the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles - Vehicle Information Check website (a screen cap is provided on
the VIN Project page for EF206987), FL title #40721876 was issued on 8/29/2005 and the (current) Florida title status is "Cancelled". I don't know what that means on the website or how it translates to the actual status of the Florida state-issued title. It's a moot point if you have a good Indiana title for it.
