Facebook members have the option to request to join a Group. I’m not an Admin of the Group you mentioned with the first URL, but in my observation of posts by members over the years, it’s doesn’t seem very discerning. I’m assuming you haven’t joined Facebook and are trying to observe the Group only by the URL. I don’t do a lot of posting on Facebook; mostly there to be able to view various Groups of interest. Kept in context, Facebook can be helpful. You just need to maintain focus on why you are there and steer clear of everything else. For me, it’s not that hard to do.

98 percent of facebook is a shithole. I spend time there because I have to for work purposes. I am on a couple of pages based on my hobbies but other than that I try to steer clear.
