OR swapped vin #'s from a clear titled 4 banger. I know of a 91 GSP that someone had swapped another Clear vin (dash plate) onto, causing some big confusion as it still had the GSP buck tags still on the car. Fortunately the buck tags have the original vin # so I was able to help that person find out they had bought a altered GSP SSP
I suggested running a car fax or vin check on the GSP vin but no word back from the owner...
