I have 10 minute promotional video that was produced by the Missouri Highway Patrol in 1993. It includes footage of a 1993 SSP car driven by then Sgt. Johnny Biram. He retired as a Captain with MOHP and was one of the original 17 individuals assigned to the Mustang program in Feb 1988. He was an EVOC instructor and loves to talk about the days of driving the Mustangs.
