Need info about Unity spot

Could anybody send me a sheme to locate correctly the hole to place the arm of the Unity spot ? Also I need to replace the switch and wire, part #6453-0001 could anybody tell me where to find it, I want to order by email, I cann't go myself to the dealer ...
