1985 CHP #E408395 (my old car)
I just stumbled across this listing on Craigslist in New Jersey -

The buyer painted the roof (no comment) and doors, and marked the car. Wish they had interior shots to see how they handled the CHP equipment I included with the car. |

Wow, why couldn't they get that c-pillar break correct (or even way closer)? It's not like there isn't a million good reference photos out there. Answer: lazy, in a hurry or both.
Looks like a full complement of M-Squad decals on it. The bumper sticker is a stretch, those were issued on all the new '87s and most '88s (or so). |

Exactly what I was thinking....sooooo easy to just google an image or look here. I just don't get it.

And of course wrong wheels.

Those are the wheels that were on the car when I bought it (which I painted satin black), due to the larger 11" 87-up front brakes that were also on the car. However, included four correct wheels/caps with the car, and I am fairly certain that I also included 85 front brake hardware too so it could get swapped over.
I have no problem with a dealer reselling the car after he has made improvements to the vehicle, but I wish he paid attention to the details to make it more correct. In regards to the price, he can ask a high dollar if he wants but in the end it will sell for whatever a buyer is willing to pay.
