Verifying My Car Is A SSP

I purchased a mustang yesterday morning from Afghanistan and i had my brother go pick it up for me. I only paid 1800 for the car and its in really good condition i was looking for a ssp but couldnt find one so i got this one. When i had my brother run the vin and go on SSPMUSTANG.ORG he said that going by the vin chart it is a ssp. he has not located the buck tags because he doesn't know where to look i tried to explain it to him. But from the paper work from the purchase it's a old THP car out of Gonzales,TX.
