Runs strong and fast and shifts great. Has new cold air intake, ported upper to lower and lower to cylinder head runners,1.6 roller rockers,one peice oil pan gasket, new fuel pump, distributor, coil, 10.2mm racing wires, plugs, starter, high output alternator, 16” 2500cfm electric fan,radiator,water pump, 160degree thermostat,heater works great, new clear headlights,blue xenon bulbs,battery, break pads,has 16"wheels with good tires, adjustable rear air shocks. Exhaust is stock police with stainless tips. Has 3:55 gears with posi. Problem is....SMPVs were black and whites that were repainted. This one, with the white engine compartment, doesn't fit that.

Save for the white repaint, the '90s SMPVs weren't really all that different equipment wise from their B&W bretheren. It's the special way they were set up that makes the '80s SMPVs so unique.
