You see all kinds on Craigslist for sure and as part of that unfortunately too many hacked up SSP's.

1991 Mustang LX notchback model. It is a police interceptor model 1 of 300 made in 1991. It was used originally in Georgia for the Georgia State Patrol. It still has the original buck tags on the radiator and the original tag inside the door that deems it an interceptor model. I have removed the motor and transmission and built them. It still has the original block but is bored and stroked to a 331 stroker motor. It was machined, bored, line honed, and blue printed to spec. It was converted from a 2 bolt main to a 4 bolt main. It has forged Eagle crank, forged Eagle Rods, forged aluminum SRP wedge type pistons. The heads are Trick Flow CNC ported and polished heads with the upgraded valve springs, and re CNC'ed by the line technician that works for Trick Flow. He has a better program that Trick Flow does not use. It has an Edelbrock RPM II intake system with a 75mm throttle body. It has high flow fuel rails, 42 lb injectors, and a 255 Walbro fuel pump. Has an SCT chip with 5 programmable slots for different tunes. The transmission was rebuilt with all Ford racing clutches, kevlar bands, and a transgo HP shift kit, and an aluminum driveshaft. It has 4.10 gears in the rear end with 28 spline axles. I have Moser 31 spline axles that I will give with the car, you would just need to change out the LSD in the rear end. The radiator is aluminum with electric fans. It has a welded 6 point roll cage inside w/ the backseat removed. For ignition I have installed an MSD box with coil and MSD distributor. It has welded sub frame connectors along with lower control arms and sway bars that were part of the police package. The rear wheels have the extra long studs for drag racing radials if needed. 16 inch pony wheels. Please call or text Marty at 770-820-1111. MUST SELL NOW!!! NEEDS TO GO TOO MANY BILLS!!!!!! Cash Money talks.
