I've been wanting to take one of the lightbars my dad has that he isn't using and convert house wall plug power to 12 volt to run a light bar. I've seen lightbars on ebay with a special converter box to run the lightbars through a wall plug. Anyone know where to get one? Thanks

All you need is a 12-13.8 volt, 25 amp power supply (not a battery charger as it will cause some damage to the motors mainly) to power a lightbar or at most two if they are strobes.

excellent! So i can run equipments to make sure it's in running order such as mirror strobes from FHP.
