Yeah...the only problem is.....is that everyone from California refers to a coupe as a CHP Mustang.....unlike the rest of us elsewhere in the world.

Not everyone...that's mostly an East SF Bay Area slang term.

Seller cannot find the unit number on the doorjam, but claims the DMV title says it is an x-chp. I've asked him for DSO and VIN info to compare that to other verified 85 CHP Mustangs (plus the other tell-tale indicators). I'm always looking for an 85 SMPV...

FYI - titles in CA are usually branded "Prior Police" and make no mention of which agency.
