I was going to ask the same thing....noticed the Security sticker on the back.

Definitely not the police....I see lots of those types of vehicles where I'm at, including security cars done up exactly like HPD cars, unmarked Hyundai's with light bars, etc. etc. etc.

Hmmm, I figured that state would not let them outfit a car like that !
It even has a unit # on the roof and all..
Before my buddy took the pic 2 other coworkers told me of an 010 DPS running around, it's the same car !! I guess if you drive by it quick enough it sure looks like a DPS. still looks cool.
