I txt with the owner for a bit today and he actually has 2 CHP Mustangs!
1 runs ...which is the one pictured on this post and the other is a parts/project car.. Here is the buc tag for the parts car. He did mention that he has paper work for the running car that states CHP. From the sound of it ....I think its the Build Sheet plus the title reads prior POLICE. cool guy to chat with.
