You either have two spares or you need two more in case the first set of four are currently in use.

My dad has a set of these. I don't think they've ever been under a car during the years we've had them. Great for heavy engines

I think that i used the original two
to move a transmission from one end
of the garage to the other?
These four will probably be used to
move the four post lifts around.
like that's something i do allot.
I bought these last four for $40
