It's not a rumor, as he was back in the hospital not too many weeks back....pneumonia, or something similarly concerning, if I am recalling his Facebook posting to friends correctly. It's really been one thing after another for several years now for him, with each being very serious.

I made this display board the other day
from scraps I had. The metal sign is the inspection cover from a computer tower i had scraped out. The HIGHWAY PATROL was surplus from the door decal project. The red and black vinyl letters are from a garage sale sign i made years ago and the patch was something i had bought at a patch collectors show in Phoenix years ago. I salvage and re-use everything i can. It may not be fancy buy it works for Me.

Nice sign, Andy.
 To the unwashed (those who know nothing of these cars), you almost need to have a sign that tells them that the car has been restored to its in-service condition. So many people think they were sold looking like that. Of course, a quick conversation will set them straight, right?
