You can get a catted "H" pipe and have it installed. I bought one for my car that has the 2 converters from Walker. I was able to get it through Amizon for less then $300... I had it in 2 days. I typed in the Walker part number on the google search and there it was with free shipping... It passed New Jersey emmisions with no problems.
