I decided to order four Marti Reports. Three are likely Pierce County Sheriff Department cars (one being #1312 - the white K-9 unit). The fourth report is for the VIN immediately after the final PCSD car (#1317) to lock in the VIN range. Their website said that I should receive the reports by the end of this week.
 I see that Marti raised the price on Standard Reports to $18 each, for those who are interested.
