wanted nebraska ebrake cover

i am looking for a nebraska state patrol ebrake cover.
i am unsure if other agencys used these.
these were on 87-93 nebraska cars with the cut console.

even if someone has one i can borrow to take to a trim shop, or can give me a pattern etc, it would be appreciated. i cut my console today and want to get a cover over the ebrake handle!
