Default 1989 SSP White unmarked FHP

Hey guys, I didn't see anything in the rules against this, so I'm going to go ahead and post this. I went a couple of days ago to look at an 89 SSP in Raleigh. It is actually on Craigslist. I won't post the link until somebody tells me it's ok to do so. I will tell you all about the car because I asked the woman if it was OK for me to do so. It is an unmarked white car FHP car. The police buck tag is there, but I could only see where it said POLICE PKG and nothing else. The color is correct because it has 9L on the main buck tag. I wrote down what I could see on the tag, but I can't find my paper right now. It has the 160 speedo, and still has the certification sticker in the door jam. There is a "Property of DHSMV" sticker in side the glove compartment. I drove the car and here is the run down. The car handles real well and the brakes are good. The paint could get by with just a good buffing out if you wanted, but there are a few scratches on the front bumper. The engine will need a rebuild, no doubt. It has 250k miles, but it still pulled pretty good. Someone has replaced the blue front seats with grey 85-86 seats. The air works, but it felt like it needed to be charged. I took some pictures if anybody is interested. She started off at $4k and has dropped the price twice and is at $3300. She told me that somebody called her and told her he would give her $2800 and she siad that she has a bottom price that she would take and that wasn't it. I can only guess maybe 3k would get it, I don't know. I have her number and e-mail if somebody wants it, I don't want to post it outright though. Like I said, if I shouldn't have posted this, please delete it, I just want to see the car restored back. She said somebody she works with is scraping up money so they can turn it into a drag/race car.
