Looking at the pictures from the link Mike posted, it is likely not a real CHP SSP vehicle.
I do not recal decals being placed over the door moldings on any mustangs. I do not believe the molding came on those vehicles when shipped to CHP. They were shipped loose for resale purposes I believe. Also, EVOC had a roof antenna and I think either the whip or an antenna on the trunk. Most likely he built the car for road racing to look like a CHP patrol car. Hard to say. I'd need a lot more proof than his statements. I think he's full of #$%& if you ask me lol
