how do you know where units served in chp

i still can't find any thing on were it served ran 895333 thru several vin look ups ive done car fax and a dealer look up and all i can find is a gap between 12/28/1993 when the title came to chp and 5/10/1999 when it was smogged to sell at chp i cant find any photos or anything in it to know where it served
