Help ID'ing possible '92 Mississippi SSP

Hi everyone. I'm trying to confirm a '92 SSP, that I believe was ordered and used by the Mississippi Highway Patrol. VIN 1FACP40E7NF149723, buck tags simply say DSO-POLICE. This one falls in a batch of 10 consecutive '92 VINs (none have been confirmed).

There is one confirmed '91 MS SSP that has surfaced that was also ordered out of the 23 (Memphis) DSO, is the same YG Medium Titanium Clearcoat, Titanium Cloth seats, AOD, etc..

I spoke with an individual in the asset records / procurement office at the MS DPS today who remembers MS ordering and using Mustangs in the early '90's. He informed me they wouldn't have any records going back that far.

So that's where I'm at. I don't have anything concrete, just speculation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
