Possible 88 NY SSP Mustang?

Long time Foxbody fan & Owner of many. My 21 year old son somehow slides his way into a 88 Notchback the other day & I believe it may be one of New Yorks Finest. I ran a $6 vin check on it & there is no registration info before 2005. No buck tags..
Vin# 1FABP40E3JF258847. Has one key for doors & ignition & certified/calibrated 140mph speedo. Any help determining if it is or isnt a ssp would be great. Thank you! Sunroof appears to be aftermarket.
