FHP changing their colors?

Im in Florida on vacation right now. I am seeing FHP vehicles displaying the standard black and tan but I also saw two crown vics which were all white with FHP decals on them that say STATE TROOPER on the back decklid and "STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER" written down the side. The look horrendous. Are the phazing out the black and tan??
