Default Winter Park SSP

Barry you did one hell of a job on that car!!! Was that the car from David P, that was dressed as a Ford Brochure car? Wow, nicely done. Joe

Yes...it was originally Don Brink's car, and he turned it into the brochure clone before David P. bought it.

Default Winter Park SSP

If I remember correctly it some type of hole cut in the firewall. Is that correct? Did you ever figure out what that was for? I looked at that car to buy years ago when Don had it, but David beat me to the punch. Joe

Default Firewall

Winterpark PD had a "GREAT" idea to solve the overheating problem during long idle times (e.g. roadwork) as they did not want to crack the hoods on their cars when the idled for prolonged periods.
Solution: Let's cut a hole in the fire wall, put in an electric fan and pull the hot air out of the engine bay. Great in concept, but not exactly a "professional" job.

I would have considered a lower temapture t-stat and heavy duty aluminum radiator to start. Regardless, Don did a nice job fixing the firewall. While it was in for the roof holes, moldings and bumper covers I had the firewall redone.

Buick GNX #127: No Sale

The gentelman whom I was purchasing the 1987 Buick Grand National GNX off of decided not to sell, so you guys may be stuck with me a very....very...did I mention very long time
