Got a response but not sure what he meant by this:
Dear jarhed1, my next door nieghber was a luetinant for highway patrol it was his personal car for the highway patrol everything was upgraded to a highway patrol car - painting1916 Spelling not so great!! Why are so many people selling other people's cars on ebay? Too many lately with SSPs.
