I wonder if this one (147237) was originally unmarked. It is within a batch of 41 that includes
one that was painted Bright Calypso Green (code PM).
Looking through the VIN project, it looks like FHP had units that were within (at least) four batches of VINs.

154585 through 154633 -- DSO # 24-0253
168985 through 168999 -- DSO # 24-0348
The first, third, and fourth batches include units that were paint "black and tan" (W1677/M6373).
