My apologies for bumping such an old thread, but I stumbled across this one when viewing who was online (a Bot had it pulled up). Just yesterday I saw on FEP that a Hertz SVO was listed for sale...

I wonder if Avis did the same sort of thing on their cars? This car is one of the Avis SSP Mustangs found in our VIN Project... http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info158120.htm ...and the glass etching could be from its time with Avis Leasing.
