All of the CHP door tags, buck tags, build sheets, and Marti Report that I have seen were equipped as follows...

air conditioner
cloth seating (grey or tan)
rear defrost
(front) license plate bracket
manual transmission
radio delete
tilt steering
tinted glass

I have in-service interior photos of a '91 and a '92 and they both show power mirrors. I haven't ever seen them in anything earlier than that. The Fox-Body Mustang Recognition Guide shows that power remote outside mirrors dropped off the option list after 1989 so it appears they became standard equipment and came on all Mustangs from 1990-93.

Power windows in a CHP Mustang?...nope, they never had 'em in any year.

No power windows or power mirrors on my 87. I have the smoke grey interior, but the CHP had tan also.

Looking forward to pics.......

I'll second that. For the aero models, both the '87s and '91s are about as scarce as hen's teeth these days.
