LOL I have a product that you will never have to clean them again.
Life time warranty.
But it takes 3 different grades of buff pads or sand pads, a buffer, and this product.
Looks like brand new and never have to restore them again.

Looking forward to seeing the car at the Ripon show !
John

A bunch of police Mustangs and a couple of Johns...there's a joke in there somewhere.

Did the CHP carry canteens in the trunk? First time I have seen one. Pretty cool.

Nice car, John! - Or....Is it Canteen Boy? (just kidding!)

We did and still do ! Even in South LA ! Though I can honestly say I've never had occasion to use it ! Everything in the trunk is original CHP even the skin I left where I scraped my knuckles lol

Thumbs up

John T. Well said my friend !!!!!
I know, you know and several others know that some of the CHP equipment in these vehicles was not always set in stone Per" CHP Motor Transport Manual ". We all know that it was not uncommon to see a newer CHP patrol vehicle with older/operational/ salvagable equiptment (Radios /Scanners & canteens) installed in them. For what ever reasons resourses, perhaps personal ideas/ recommendations, time, location, requests and perhaps,"On the Demand" availability factored in how these vehicles were equipped. I know for a fact that today, "It would not be uncommon to see a CHP FORD Crown Vic Interceptor with a older Uniden MR-8100 Scanner currently installed here in Southern California with a Hundred & Seventy plus change on the OD. I'm just saying..... Its time for Ripon John T. and I am ready to roll out!!!!

Sounds like it's going to be as good turnout. One of these days, I will have to get my 92 Camaro down to join in the fun.
