My bad. You are correct. I forgot the changed that model in 1983, they have the same look. I was also was wrong on the state. Thanks for catching that.

I guess I was thinking of this paint scheme from the 80's. I thought it was from NC, but after looking back you were dead on. The owner says he bought this former FHP in Georgia. He is from NC so I made the guess. Opps!! Thanks again.

Ford did make Police Package Fairmonts. That would have been a heck of a thing to see there. That's why I asked. Not sure NCSHP had any though.

Anyone here own the SCHP that was at the show? It was show #184. Apparently it won an award for best original 1987-93 but the owner left without getting their trophy.

The South Carolina car belongs to Michael Morrison of Morrison Motor Co. and is for sale for $27,000.00. It was one of seven purchased for the state but never put in service and was sold through a Ford Dealer to the public. I believe it has about 8,500 miles on it. It's a beautiful car. In answer to 91Notchback's question, my sticker number was 142.
