Another leasing company SSP popped up on Facebook. The owner was willing to share photos and we are able to add it to our VIN Project -
http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info162619.htm This 1989 SSP was purchased by Peterson Howell & Heather (known now as PHH Corporation) which is a fleet leasing company (much like the AVIS and GELCO cars that have been confirmed). The first user of this vehicle is presently unknown. Pretty cool!  Attached is a photo of the car.
