Andy: nice bill !
Jean-Paul,

Sounds like you are going to fit right in here. Good luck with your search and keep us posted.

Jean-Paul
Welcome to the site! These guys are the best about sharing information and have helped
me allot with my 85 SSP/CHP Car! also.... I drove a Peugeot 205 all over Europe in
1990 and even made it back to the Rental car station at Charles de Gaulle International
Airport! without hitting anyone!.I like Paris. I can half park in the sidewalk and it's ok!
Also are they still running
Yellow headlights in France? AND Where in France are you!

Today the lights are white, like everywhere. Yellow are still authorized on vintages. I'm near Paris, (40km) and close to Disneyland.

WOW really cool pictures i know everyone here likes seeing them!
if you have been following along on This Site about how members with
Marked cars drive them... to and from the shows or short neighborhood trips.
then you know that.
Here in the States we cover the P O L I C E markings and lights so as not
to be confused with actual operating police agency's But in France WOULD THE
LOCAL POLICE have a problem with someone driving a Big American Crown Vic
fully marked (but not masked) CHP Car as seen in the last photo. in other words?
does common sense prevail in that.
One....This is a Big American Car In France (and not a Renault)
Two....This is France and not California U.S.A (so this must be a restored/display) car

so what are the rules about this activity? can i send over my Restored CHP Mustang
and drive it around on Holiday? (Holiday means Vacation for you American types on
here) See.....and you thought your English was bad

The owner of that CHP Crown Vic is a member of several other copcar/LE forums in the US and yes, he has to cover his decals and lightbar when he's on the road in France.

Andy, where did you see a T5 ? The only difference is a specific emblem.
Hey men, we move away from the thread, is this serious ? Don't we open a new post in the briefing room ?

Not serious, it happens all the time. One thing leads to another.

I have not seen a T-5 I just know that the early mustang's were sold as a T-5 Ford (AND
Not Mustang) in Europe because the name Mustang could not be used?
