Rode in a 1,400 mile 93 SSP today!

I went along for a ride to a local tire shop today with the owner of a 1993 SSP with a little over 1400 miles. The owner bought it from Jim Dingell (PPI) in 1998 with 37 miles. He is getting ready to list it on eBay in the next 10 days. We went to the tire shop to use the lift to get some undercarriage photos. It was 85+ degrees here today and the AC blows ice cold. The car is in incredible condition and looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. It is an auto with white exterior and gray interior. Sounds like the same one. He was asking $19k if I recall back then. I could be wrong. I really wanted that car but it would have had to have been my daily driver and that would have been a crime. So I didn't even talk to him about it. I knew better!!

I have wondered where that car went. He had another blue SSP with tan interior and black wheels - I think from NY. But that color combination just didn't do anything for me. Maybe if the interior had been gray. I still have pics somewhere of both cars.
