Ok, I spoke to the owner of the car. That is Unit 1357, he told me he had seen my car on this sight and .org and he took notes to restore his. He lives in Broward Co. He also knows and has talk to several trooper prior to his restoration.
Seems like all the Troopers knew about my Old Unit FHP0293. This is the first time I have seen pics of this car and the first time I have learned of the car. The owner will be joining the Forum and posting. Here is another picture.
