At least someone has some common sense. I am amazed at some of the CFC cars I have seen at our local lots. I have seen a lot of nice Jeeps and even older, but nice Cadi's. 3 million in gas money saved and it only cost the tax payers 3 billion dollars....great program.

I agree with you, but it isn't common sense to violate federal law.

There was a great thread about this program on CC.com. It's really sad to see what happened to some great cars.

and don't forget that the dealers raised the prices of all the "qualifying" cars so that they made even more cash off the deal.
