I removed the moldy carpet when I first got it. I do remember it having a console, and you can see interval wipers in this pic. Not sure about tilt or tinted windows. I will let you know though.

Got a contact that says he can find out who drove this 83 and perm/ unit # if I provide him the VIN when he returns from vacation:-) got my fingers crossed!!!
