Default Question about a SSP from Georgia I bought in Abilene Tx

Guys i joined this forum yesterday. I bought this car vin number is 1FABP40E2KF289900. It made it all the way to Abilene TX from Georgia from what i can tell. i am just wondering if there is anyone on here that can help me with getting all the documents to make it a better show car. It has all the proper frame tags, and period correct things but i would like to get supporting documentation. Also i would like to find out who all has owned this car to get more info.

Thanks in advance

Chris

Hi Chris,

First off - welcome to the forum! Although I do not have any information about your new SSP, I'd like to encourage you to ask away when it comes to questions. Here is a thread about your car when it was posted for sale previously -

http://www.specialservicemustang.net...ead.php?t=1791

...and in that thread there is a link to another thread with a picture or two of a Hall County, Georgia SSP. One of the members, jarhed123, may be able to give you some assistance based upon his comments. So feel free to send him a private message.

And please post up some current pictures of your new SSP. It doesn't have to be a show car for us to like it. In fact, we're all whores for SSP pictures!

Chis, your car was a Hall County, GA unmarked (undercover?) car. I might have a contact for you at City of Rome that could point you in the right direction.

That would be amazing. How did you find out it was a unmarked?

You may want to shoot jarhed123 (Marcos) a private message by clicking on his username and selecting the PM option. He should receive an email notification about getting a PM. That might be faster than waiting for the next time he logs on.
