Default Need Help In Determining FHP Unit Number.

I have found the Property sticker in my 1990 FHP Mustang. The property number for this 1990 Mustang is 92673. I have spoken to Jarhed to see if he can help with finding the unit number through this DMV property number. I thought I would also try here on the open forum to see if anyone can also help in determining the unit number. The Carfax is clean so I will not be able to search for the unit number via an accident report as was done with the 1991 Lojack equipped FHP Mustang unit 432.

I look forward to any help anyone can provide.

+1 on the pics.

Mike, I contacted the FHP Property Supervisor in '98 right after I bought my '93. His name is Bill Reakes. I'm not sure if he is still there, but he is the one that allowed me to transfer the remaining balance of the extended factory warranty on my car and also sent me a complete service/maintenance history. I sent someone else to him in '99 or '00, and he advised me that the records had since been purged from the computer system.

Local troops also keep records on the cars, but I have no idea if those records would correlate with the DSHMV numbers kept in Tallahassee. Plus, the local troops also toss that stuff periodically. I called my troop in 2001 and found out that they had just gotten rid of the info on my '93, but still had the file on the Crown Vic that replaced mine in '97.

Hope this helps.
