1989 Ford Mustang SSP Notchback - $6000 (Tucson)

I am selling my 1989 Ford Mustang SSP Notchback. This car was 1 of the 20 SSP Mustangs bought by Arizona Highway Patrol in 1989. The mustang has the 5.0 V8, 5 speed Hurst shifter, H pipe with Flowmaster exhaust, BBK intake, posi trac and Eibach lowering springs. I have 6 powder coated wheels for it and the factor springs if desired. The Mustang is a daily driver and runs good. The ac works and blows cold. I drive between Tucson and Flagstaff regularly and it gets on average 20 mph.

This car as I said is a daily driver, not a show car. It does need a few minor things that need to be fixed. The heater core has been bypassed, the speedometer cable is broke and it is missing the drivers side sun visor. The paint and body is in good condition, but does have some scratches and fading that go along with being a 28 year old car. The interior is blue and in good condition.

I hate to get rid of this car because it is unique and fun to drive, but I have two other project cars that I am working on and trying to get them done. This is a clean Mustang that runs well. I can leave the spotlight and push bar on it if desired, or take them off. I am asking $6000 obo. I am looking for cash only, no trades. Please feel free to text or call Steve. ☎ (520) 256-0349 Thank you for looking.

Called Steve today and I have yet to hear back. Is the push bar something that would have been used on these SSP's by AHP?

Me too. I thought it was a nice car. Would have been a fun drive back to Michigan.
