1986 SSP Mustang - $3500 (Huntsville, AL)

Ok everyone I have a great deal that every true manly man needs!!! If you love notch back Mustangs and amazing 80s greatness this is the car for you! Up for sale is a complete garage clean out! That means every single item I have that pertains to this car must go. I have original parts, used speed parts, new speed parts, receipts receipts receipts, books, ORIGINAL BUILD SHEET, and if you decide this for you a large pack of Tootsie pops(if that doesn't sway you nothing will)! Firstly lets talk about this beautiful beast of an automobile. It is a 1986 SSP mustang, SSP stands for Special Service Package, i.e. it was delivered from the factory to San Jose California Highway Patrol. This Stang was used as a high speed intercept vehicle chasing down all those nasty perps! It has lived 90% of its life in Arizona and California so there is absolutely 0 rust on this sweet ride. I know what you are thinking right now "This thing must have a million miles!". That would be absolutely incorrect, it has 75,030 easy miles! Now lets move into all the amazing parts that are included with this bad ass ride!!!

Maximum Motor Sports Parts: (All New and Uninstalled)

Standard Torque Arm Main Tube w/ Hardware
Panhard Bar Polished Aluminum
Standard Torque Arm Cross Member
Panhard Bar Chassis Mount
Aluminum Steering Rack Bushing, 12mm

Energy Suspension, Polyurethane Transmission Cross Member Bushings
Echlin, Air Control Valve
Competition Engineering Adjustable Pinion Snubber
Sanden, A/C Compressor
AGR Performance Power Steering Pump, maybe broken one plastic piece is broken.
Ford OEM Motor Mounts
Transmission Speedo Gear for 3.55s
Baer Brake Master Cylinder

Aftermarket Used/Installed Parts:

FRPP Shorty Tubular Heads
Summit Battery Relocation Kit
K&N Cold Air Intake
Baer Brakes 4-Wheel Disk Brakes
Accel Coil
Rebuilt T5 to the specs of a 1990 Mustang GT
Eibach Springs, not 100% sure which ones
Heavy Duty Lower Control Arms, Unknown Maker
X Pipe, Unknown Maker
Flowmaster Mufflers
Cobra R Wheels, 17X10
Maximum Motorsports Caster Chamber Plates
Maximum Motorsports K-Member Brace
QA1 Adjustable Shocks All Four Corners
Aftermarket Steering Wheel, Unknown Maker
A-Pillar Gauge Pod, Unknown Maker with 2 Autometer gauges
Fan Mechanical w/ Clutch Police edition
Electric Fan

and I am sure I am missing many parts!

Now lets discuss the few negative things about this car...

Rebuilt Alabama Title this is not a salvaged title and can be registered and insured. It was in a small accident where all that was replaced was the bumper cover and a little work on the drivers side fender, no frame damage.

Also, there isn't an engine in the car at the moment nor does it come with one..

There is no carpet in the car and could use new front seats..

Sooo I think that is a pretty good run down of the car and all that accompanies it. If ya'll have any questions give me a call or shoot me a text (prefer texting) 2five6.4nine0.8seven89. Now lets talk about payment options. The cash price is $3500 OBO that price is negotiable so MAKE ME AN OFFER!!! Also the only trades I am interested in are Jeep Cherokees from 1990-2001 4x4 and automatic transmission.

The seller confirmed the VIN is GF246921, which is right in the middle of a bunch of 1986 CHP Mustang VINs.

I am just amazed at where all of these CHP Mustangs have ended up across the USA lol
Wish a guy knew the history of say this one, how many owners it went through and how it ended up in Alabama.

It's amazing.

Well turns out I'm the owner! lol The Mustang has has 2 other owners other than myself. Other than California it has lived in Arizona and Alabama. It relocated to Alabama with the second owner.

By the way the price has been reduced to 3000 obo!
