Ground Strap For Fuel Tank

Hello,

looking for some guidance on my 1993 CHP Mustang. I wanted to see if the gas tank had an electrical ground strap attached to the tank and the vehicle. If anyone can confirm and provide a photo, I would greatly appreciate it.
