Default How do I get this car added to VIN registery

I would like to get this car add to VIN regester. I am the third owner since new. I bought the car from the person who picked won it at the auction. The car appears to be unmolsted with 160,000 showing.

WOW! You don't see Pennsylvania SSPs show up every day. Here is the new page for your SSP:

Thanks for sharing, and welcome!

I like it! Do we know it's a PA SSP because of documentation that ties it out to such, or are we assuming based on the DSO #? Just curious...I certainly hope that it is as that would be great and rare. Noticed the buck tag just has Police, which I've always found interesting. For instance, the Missouri State Highway Patrol SSPs in 1993 had Police instead of something indicating Missouri, while some earlier years did indicate the state.

Default PA SSP

I have talked with Stubes and he did confirm that it is a PA car. It was used in Troop H out of the Franklin County PA.

The DSO number was a match to two other confirmed Pennsylvania SSPs:

The one Buck Tag on John's 92 is partially obscured, but if you look at the Buck Tags for the other two they say "PENNSYLVANIA POLICE". It's great when a rare SSP turns up! What are your plans for it, John?

In that batch of 17 VINs...
  • The first 11 (NF109533-NF109543) look like they were shipped to or near PA. All but three - and those three are probably an oversight at the DMV - have "POLICE USE" in their registration and or title records.
  • The next five (NF109544-NF109548) were shipped to one or more dealers in FL. None have "POLICE" branding on their title records.
  • The last one (NF109549) looks like it was shipped to Ontario, Canada.
Many of the 17 in that batch look like they're still on the road today!

Plans for now are to fix the tranmission, OD is shot. Then on to fixing the little bit of rust in the car. After that may go through engine then body work and paint.
