Default 1987 Ford Mustang LX Notch Back SSP 302 5 Speed LOOK! - $2900 (East haven) CT

I think this was posted years ago, but I couldn't find it. I went and looked at it back when it was first up. Very rough and rusty:

1987 Ford Mustang LX Notchback SSP 89k miles 5 speed project car

Car runs and drives great, reliable and dependable but needs body work as you can see in the pictures. Needs a quarter skin, paint, deck lid, lower rear panel has some rot as well. Please don't call me and low ball me cause I don't care if I sell it or not. Asking 2,900 OBO 203-446-7493

Checked this one out in 2012. I was hoping it was a Conn state police mustang. The guy claimed military use, maybe at the sub base if I remember correctly. Not even an SSP, very rusty, wrong 160 mph speedo, one buck tag. last of Vin 262666. Same DOD sticker on windshield. It was listed for $4,800 back in 2012. Looks like a different seller now.

Jack, I tend to agree it's the same car given the unique rust pattern on the hood. The seller has this one identified as an 87, although your VIN label says it's an 88 car. Thanks for the info...
